HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Foods is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
