HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ashton Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
