HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Toledo presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
