HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
