HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Summit Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Rochester. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
