HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Field Community Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client intake. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
