HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Fox Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer estimates. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
