HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Basin Civic Services Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
