HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Summit Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
