HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Mill Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
