HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Nest Manufacturing is a Kansas City manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
