HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Foxglove Willow Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Portland. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on premium billing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
