HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Birch Farms is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on seasonal crews. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
