HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Pike Medical is a Atlanta company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
