HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Basin Civic Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
