HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Sable Manufacturing Group is a Savannah manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
