HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Forge Energy Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on usage data. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with usage data. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
