HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Bright Union Health Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
