HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bright Pharma and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 792 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory filings. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
