HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Highbridge Nest Early Learning is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
