HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Lumen Harbor Care Services supports families and individuals in El Paso with personal care and coordination, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
