HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Ironwood Pike Medical is a Tampa company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on device records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
