HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Juniper Foods is a San Jose food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
