HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Cross Legal Group provides legal services in Reno across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of about 996 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on court deadlines. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
