HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Insurance Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
