HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Harborlight Timber Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
