HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Ivory Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Chicago plant. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on allergen controls. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
