HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
