HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Junction Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meter reading. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
