HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Cincinnati, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleanroom operations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
