HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Birch Arts Center is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 801 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on exhibitions. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
