HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Union Care Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
