HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Rowan Care Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 369 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
