HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Rowan Foods Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer specifications. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
