HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Union Facilities looks after properties across the Virginia Beach region. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
