HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Rivermark Vista Press produces print and digital publications in Omaha. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proofing. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
