HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Transit Planning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
