HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Vista Community Partners Group is a Virginia Beach charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
