HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Oak Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Phoenix area, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
