HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Nova Cobalt Press is a printer and publisher in Salt Lake City serving local and national clients. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on press runs. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with press runs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
