HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Mill Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Fort Worth focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service installations. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
