HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Redstone Fern Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Philadelphia presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
