HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Stonegate Ridge Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Tulsa. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on leave and accommodations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
