HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Loom Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on student accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
