HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wilder Early Learning and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be leave and accommodations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on family communication. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
