HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Silverline Union Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
