HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Greenridge River Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 157 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
