HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Clearpath Summit Medical is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
