HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Northwind West Telecom is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on leave and accommodations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
