HR Business Partner - leave and accommodations (remote)

Westbrook Vista Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Madison, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our leave and accommodations. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pricing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
